Phil Reynolds, owner of Phoenix General Contracting, started his journey to becoming a General Contractor at a young age in Massachusetts where he attended Trade School from 1989 to 1993.  There he received his journeyman Certificate in Millhouse Carpentry.  In 1993, he joined the Navy and was attached to the Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 4, attaining the rank of Builder 2nd Class. After finishing out his time in the Navy, Phil moved to San Diego, California and began working in the Kitchen & Bathroom Remodeling Industry, becoming a member of the NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association). Phil and his family moved to Simi Valley, CA in 2005 and continued to work in home remodeling for a local company. In 2013, Phil received his NATE Certificate for Heating and Air Conditioning and in addition to his continued work in home remodeling he began working with his father-in-law in HVAC.

With over 20 years experience, in 2015, Phil finally decided to go out on his own and he attained his Contractors State "B" License. He and his wife then started Phoenix General Contracting.
